If you take the barrier-free route, you can get from the area of JR Miyajimaguchi Station where you get off the train to the area where you board the Miyajima Ferry without needing to take the stairs or pass through different levels.

After you get off the train, exit the station through the ticket gate at the farthest right.

Once you exit the station, there will be a slope on the left side. Go down the slope to head for the Ferry boarding area.

Use the underpass to cross National Highway 2; take the elevator to descend into the underpass.
